FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
It is highly recommended that you read the following FAQ’s before contacting Rabbi Shai:
Q. Why do you think you can help me?
A. If you’re contacting me regarding any of the issues listed on my homepage, I know I can help you because I’ve personally been through them all, struggled with them, and emerged victorious.
Q. Since you’re a Rabbi, do I have to be Jewish to work with you?
A. Absolutely not. As a Rabbi, I view issues from both a practical and spiritual perspective. I will utilize and integrate spirituality and the wisdom and teachings of the great sages of Judaism into our work, which I believe can be helpful. However, religious theology or practice will not play a part in our work, unless you want it to.
Q. Can I “try you out” first to see if I want to work with you?
A. Yes. Our first consultaion is free. At that meeting we will learn about each other. You’ll tell me what you’re hoping to accomplish, and I’ll tell you whether I think I can help. Then we’ll each decide whether to work together or not.
Q. How much does a coaching/counseling session cost?
A. The fee for a one hour session is $90*
Q. Are there any reduced rates?
A. Each case will be reviewed on an individual basis.
